Fees

Fees, Terms, and conditions

  1. All payments must be made strictly via EFT only. Confirmation of payment is the clearance of funds into our bank account. Please note that the agreed upon time of commencement of meeting or work is the time that is used as the start of the meeting unless prior communication is sent to request the change of times.
  1. Fees are not pro-rated; a full rate or retainer is required to be paid even if only part of the time agreed upon is used.
  1. Please note that if any other additional work needs to be done by us after the initial meeting has taken place, the fees and payment will be discussed at such time. We have three (3) options: hourly rates, daily rates, and retainer agreements.
  1. Fees: (these fees are for both face to face and virtual consultations)

a) Hourly rates:

  • ZAR 1,950 for new businesses & SMMEs – annual turnover: R0 to R49million.
  • ZAR 2,750 for medium to large businesses – annual turnover: R50million to R249million.
  • ZAR 3,500 for large to corporate businesses – annual turnover: R250million and above.
  • Business turnover or revenue is per the latest Annual Financial Statements.

NB: A full non-refundable payment for one (1) hour is required 24hours before a meeting is to take place. If the meeting goes on for over an hour, payment for the extra time is required within 24hours after the meeting has concluded.

b) Daily rates:

  • 1 day with consecutive hours (any day between Mon, Tues, Wed, & Thurs only; time from 9am to 4h30pm)
  • New businesses & SMMEs – ZAR 8,500
  • Medium to large businesses – ZAR 11,500
  • Large to corporate businesses – ZAR 15,500

c) Retainer fees:

1 week with consecutive days (Monday to Thursday; 9am to 4h30pm; 1 week; 4 days)

  • New businesses & SMMEs – ZAR 27,500
  • Medium to large businesses – ZAR 34,500
  • Large to corporate businesses – ZAR 43,000

1 month with consecutive weeks (Monday to Thursday; 9am to 4h30pm; 4 weeks; 16 days)

  • New businesses & SMMEs – ZAR 77,500
  • Medium to large businesses – ZAR 105,500
  • Large to corporate businesses – ZAR 135,500
  1. 75% of the agreed upon retainer or daily rate is required to be paid in full upfront, and the balance to follow 7 days after the completion of work.
  1. The costs of any other services or products, such as software, printing, or training etc. will incur separate costs.
  1. If a consultant has to travel for more than 100km, the client is responsible for the travel, accommodation, and refreshment costs.

Basic price list for services that do not need consulting:

  • Business profile: R4,500
  • Business plan only: R8,500 to R12,500
  • Business plan and financial models: R17,500 to R23,000
  • Business plan, financial models, and feasibility study: R32,000 to R40,000
  • Financial models only: R11,500
  • Feasibility study only: R16,500
  • If you require assistance in sourcing for funding, the fees are the execution of work fees plus 2% of the funding amount. The 2% is only payable if the funding is secured.
